Winning the PARP Hotline Tender for the Third Consecutive Time

We are proud to announce that, for the third year in a row, we have been selected by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) to provide hotline services. This exceptional recognition reflects the trust PARP places in our team. Continuing this partnership is particularly meaningful to us—our previous work has already been recognized in the industry, including the “Best Partner Collaboration” award at the Polish Contact Center Awards 2025.

New Challenges and Project Development

Another year of partnership brings not only the continuation of proven practices but also a range of innovations that will allow us to respond even more effectively to the needs of entrepreneurs. Under the new agreement:

  • We have expanded the consultant team to ensure greater availability and shorter response times.

  • Advanced AI solutions are being implemented in cooperation with Trimtab, a company within Arteria S.A. Capital Group.

  • Artificial intelligence will be integrated with the knowledge base and chat system, enabling consultants to provide fast and precise responses.

  • A new IVR system will enable applicants to independently check the status of their submissions.

  • Contact accessibility is being expanded—entrepreneurs will have access to five communication channels in both Polish and English.

Comprehensive Support for Entrepreneurs

The project covers inquiries and requests across four strategic programs implemented by PARP:

  • European Funds for a Modern Economy

  • European Funds for Eastern Poland

  • European Funds for Social Development

  • National Recovery and Resilience Plan

Through close collaboration with PARP, we support thousands of entrepreneurs in securing EU funds, implementing innovative projects, and developing their businesses in key areas of the Polish economy.

The project’s development is the result of a synergy between our team of consultants and Trimtab experts, who handle the technological side of the initiative. Combining customer service expertise with innovative AI tools allows us to set new quality standards in public sector contact centers.
