At our company, we focus on quality and the development of our teams.

Representatives of Contact Center attended this year's Jobicon job fair. The event offered many activities not only for those who seek employment. Professionals working to develop the teams that make up organisations had the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and innovations in human resource management.

Inspiring presentations and interactive workshops helped enhance knowledge on key aspects related to HR management. These included topics such as the impact of AI technology on recruitment, new challenges for the recruiter and candidate, building and managing strategic projects, forging a career in a rapidly changing world, or planning for development using future skills.

Jobicon was also a valuable opportunity to learn and exchange experiences with industry experts, as well as seeing our work from a new perspective.

We will use this new knowledge to further develop the processes in our company, so that we can create an optimal working environment for our teams. We are already planning to put into practice the new ideas and strategies that were born during this unique event.
