We are proud to be part of a project commissioned by the Patient Rights Ombudsman, whose main goal is to ensure continuous access to information regarding patients’ rights.
Since March 1st, the helpline 800 190 590 has been available 24 hours a day, offering support to patients in need of information about their rights. Thanks to this service, anyone seeking advice or clarification on issues related to healthcare rights can receive the assistance they need — whenever they need it.
The service is designed not only to provide help in crisis situations but also to educate the public about current healthcare regulations. Our consultants handle around 10,000 calls every month, which clearly demonstrates how essential the launch of this helpline has been.
Additionally, to ensure the highest quality of service, every caller has the opportunity to evaluate their experience once the conversation ends. This approach allows us to maintain and continuously improve our Customer Experience (CX) in two ways:
