Our strength lies in our people, and the strength of our employees lies in their families. On the occasion of Children’s Day, we invited all employees along with their loved ones to a special family picnic, which became a perfect opportunity for shared fun and team integration.
The event was organized by ManagerBusinessHub, and we, as Arteria Capital Group, had the honor of serving as a strategic partner.
The event program was designed so that everyone could find something for themselves. The youngest guests enjoyed a bouncy castle zone, creative workshops, and traditional outdoor games. Older children had the opportunity to develop their passions and participate in competitions, while adults could take part in sports challenges, animations, and many surprises that created an atmosphere of joy and community.
All companies within Arteria Capital Group actively participated in the event: Contact Center sp. z o.o., Trimtab, Sellpoint Sp. z o.o., Arteria Logistics Sp. z o.o., and Polymus. It was an excellent opportunity to meet in a more informal setting and build relationships not only within teams but also across the companies of the entire Group.
Organizing the picnic reflects our approach to work-life balance and our care for employees’ well-being. We want our people and their families to feel part of the Arteria community, where not only professional achievements but also shared moments and relationships are valued.
