We are expanding our operations to South Africa.
We are very pleased to announce that the Contact Center division of Arteria S.A. Capital Group has expanded the collaboration with one of our key clients in South Africa.
Furthermore, we added afrikaans to our vast portfolio of service languages. So far, the communication with our South African Business Partner's customers has been carried out exclusively in English, but the need for effective communication meant that we needed to add another language to our range of services.
As part of our collaboration with the Client, we also provide support for their operations in 9 other languages.
Taking on this task required us to carefully select the consultants taking into account the profile agreed with the Client and fluency in Afrikaans and English. Although this task was not easy, we rose to the challenge thanks to our experience in meeting the individual business needs of our Clients.
Due to the processing of sensitive data, the highest security standards were also implemented on the project, which help protect the information processed by our consultants.
