15 July marked five years since we started collaborating with one of our key Clients – one of the largest sporting goods chains in Poland. This is an important moment for us, which we celebrated together with the whole team.
Within the project, we provide complete Customer Service Office support (hotline, chats, e-mails), a sales hotline, and substantive support for brick-and-mortar shop employees.
The project is developing rapidly and the number of consumers served is steadily growing. In response to the increasing scale of contacts, we have recruited nearly 50 new employees since April. The project is currently operated by almost 100 consultants. We have also strengthened the leadership and mentoring team to ensure that our agents receive the right substantive support.
We have also welcomed a new, experienced Project Manager!
To mark this anniversary, we rewarded the employees who distinguished themselves as those with the most reliable knowledge.
