Payment by card is now a convenient standard solution. However, especially during the summer holidays, we face a greater risk of the card being lost or used by an unauthorized person. This is why it is so important to insure the card and to respond quickly when irregularities in transactions are detected.
For one of the banks we have launched an intermediary service for this process, which guarantees a maximum response time of 20 minutes, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What does the process look like? After receiving an e-mail enquiry from the card insurer, our consultants verify the correctness of the submitted data, check the card type and make sure in a specially designed, internal application of our Business Partner that the indicated insurance is assigned to the submitted card.
Within 20 minutes, we communicate the positive or negative verification outcome. The entire process is done by e-mail and is designed to protect the customer and card data. We have also set up a special notification system which guarantees a prompt response.
