For one of the largest banks in Poland, we have been carrying out after-sales activities for many years. More recently, our Client has decided to expand the range of services we provide to their business by adding bank loans.
As part of the expansion of collaboration, we have launched an outbound telephone campaign targeted at the bank's instalment customers. It should be mentioned that the consultants who were assigned to the project had to first pass an examination and obtain OFWCA qualification. All of these efforts were aimed at ensuring that our Business Partner's customers receive the highest quality of service, which is particularly important in projects carried out for organisations in the financial sector.
