Long-standing collaboration with a client is an excellent testimony to the high quality of the services we offer, but also often serves as an example of how we invest in the teams that takes care of our Business Partners.
For example, the project in question is handled in part by employees who were there at the very beginning, which means that have been with us for at least 4 years. One of them is Aneta Kraszewska, who has followed a career development path from consultant/salesperson to Project Leader during that time. Such long-lasting collaboration is advantageous for all parties: our Client gains the experience of specialists who know the product and the characteristics of the industry, we gain a satisfied Client, and our team members gain a stable job that offers growth.
In this case, we are also particularly pleased with the fact that our Client is actively involved in the entire project and provides additional incentives, such as special competitions for consultants. Our employees are also invited to big events organised by the Client, and during holiday season we get together to build even closer relationships.
