Your responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer requests (incoming calls)
  • Making calls to customers (warm leads, outbound calls)

Due to the dynamic growth of our project, we are looking for people for the outbound hotline.

We offer:

  • Rate: 30.50 PLN gross + incentive system
  • Work in a friendly and collaborative team
  • Professional onboarding training and further training sessions during work

Responsibilities:

  • Handling outbound calls to customers (fixed “own” customer base)
  • Acquiring orders from retail points for energy drinks of a well-known brand
  • Supporting customers with delivery issues
  • Contact with wholesalers

Requirements:

  • Living in Warsaw
  • Fluent Polish
  • Positive attitude towards people and teamwork
