Processing of Personal Data

Who is the controller of my personal data?

The controller of your personal data is Contact Center Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-193), ul. Stawki 2A, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12D Commercial Division of the National Court Register with KRS no. 0000508528 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

What will be the purpose of processing my personal data?

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment process under Article 22¹ of the Polish Labor Code of June 26, 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 108), hereinafter referred to as the “LC”, and, with regard to data other than those specified in Article 221 of LC, if voluntary consent is given, under Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

How long will my personal data be stored?

Your personal data will be stored for the duration of the recruitment process, and if you give voluntary consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, for a period of 24 months.

If you do not give consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, your personal data will be erased after completing the recruitment process.

What are the rights of a data subject?

You have the right to access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. With regard to data processed based on your consent, you have the right to data portability, including the right to receive the data and transmit them to another controller or have them transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.

Is data provision voluntary?

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide data specified in Article 221 of LC, namely: first name and surname, parents’ names, date of birth, place of residence (address for correspondence), education and professional experience, will prevent you from taking part in the recruitment process.

Does participation in the recruitment process require giving consent to the processing of my personal data?

Participation in the recruitment process does not require giving consent to the processing of personal data. However, without the candidate’s consent, the Company may process only the personal data specified in Article 221 of LC.

The processing of data other than those listed above (e.g., phone number, e-mail address, likeness) is possible only if you give consent to the processing of personal data, but the provision of those data is not mandatory. If you give consent to the processing of personal data other than those listed above, please check the box below. This consent is voluntary.

  • I give consent to the processing of my personal data other than those specified in Article 221 of LC for the purposes of the recruitment process under Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.

The Company may process the personal data provided by you only for the duration of the recruitment process. This means that all personal data provided by you will be erased after completing the recruitment process, which will prevent any contact or cooperation with you after that period during the Company’s future recruitment processes. If you give the Company consent to use your personal data also in future recruitment processes, please check the box below. This consent is voluntary.

  • I give consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes under Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR.

With regard to personal data other than those specified in Article 221 of LC, and to the processing of data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, you have the right to data portability, including the right to receive the data and transmit them to another controller or have them transmitted directly from one controller to another, where technically feasible.

Is the consent to the processing of personal data mandatory?

The consent is voluntary. The lack of consent will not result in unfavorable treatment of the job candidate, and will not have any other negative consequences. In particular, it will not constitute grounds for rejection.

Is it possible to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data?

You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. Doing so will not affect the legality of data processing before the consent was withdrawn. Consent may be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to: odo_contactcenter@contactcenter.pl.

If you withdraw consent to the processing of personal data, the personal data processed based on the consent will be erased.
