Established in June 1995, the Polish Marketing Association (SMB) has been promoting direct marketing activities in accordance with existing legislation and professional business ethics. It educates the market, promotes high quality products and services and aims to protect the privacy and rights of customers. SMB is a member of FEDMA (European Federation of Direct Marketing Associations) and EMOTA (European E-commerce and Mail Order Trade Association) and its members include organisations that use direct marketing techniques in their activities. Membership of these organisations serves as recognition of SMB’s status as an equal partner, provides SMB with constant access to all the latest information and enables it to influence global solutions.
