We are pleased to announce that another company from the fintech sector has joined our group of Clients. We are supporting them in a key project involving the migration of B2B customers from an older fleet management system to a modern, more advanced platform.
This initiative requires not only specialized technical expertise, but also strong communication skills. Our consultants accompany business customers throughout the entire transition process – from the first questions to the decision to adopt the new solution.
The scope of our cooperation includes:
handling inbound calls from companies that need support during the migration,
outbound campaigns directed at newly registered business accounts,
conversations with customers who are considering discontinuing the service – our goal is to demonstrate the real benefits offered by the new platform.
The project is being delivered directly at the Client’s headquarters. To support it, we have assigned a team of experienced consultants with many years of practice in the contact center field, who have additionally completed specialized training in finance.
This is yet another project that confirms that our Contact Center goes far beyond standard call center services. We focus on flexibility and tailoring the cooperation model to the unique needs of each business partner.
